A Grand Escape in the French Riviera

For a person who is fond of sunshine and pure beaches, the French Riviera is the perfect summer getaway. Personally, the French Riviera ranks second in my list of most wanted summer destinations, next to the exotic Caribbean. Whenever I go there for a trip, I always make it a point to visit Cannes, which in my opinion is one of the perfect cities for arts. If you're like me who enjoys music, arts, and any other forms of entertainment, I greatly recommend going to Cannes. This magnificent city is the absolute getaway for artists and people who long to have what people often call "musical awakening." Of course, this city is well-known for its annual fêted film festival, so it's also the ideal place if what you want is movie personality spotting.

For the various of times I've been in Cannes, I have always stayed at the illustrious and world-class Hotel Martinez. What I love most about this five-star hostel is its great location in the French Riviera--- it's just a stone's throw away from the beach and the Croisette Promenade. I also marvel at the Art Deco-inspired design touches of this building, as well as its classy interiors. With its wide lobby, shiny marble floors, glass walls, and elegant furnishings, Hotel Martinez is truly a wonderful place. Add to that its first-rate service and plenty convenient amenities, and you got yourself one of Europe's most superb hotels.
