The Eminent French Wine And The Territory of Bordeaux

French wine is delectably different -- some say it is genuinely one of the best worldwide. If you want to have more of it, then you should try seeing the wine region of France that covers several territories, including Bodeaux.

When in Bordeaux, the hotel to see is none other than Campanile Hotel Bordeaux Cestas where you can have access to Bordeaux vineyards where the eminent French wine is ostensibly manufactured to perfection. Apart from that, customers can also expect to have a majestic view of nearby Atlantic beaches where they can spend their time simply relaxing and not having to care about the world.

The hotel boasts of 73 rooms, all newly furnished, fully air-conditioned and variously designated as either single or double. An added service is the courtesy tray given with biscuits and coffee and tea makers, apart from the daily specials of buffet breakfasts and desserts.

Ideally placed between the European northern end and the Spanish southern limit, Campanile Hotel Bordeaux Cestas also has other exemplary accommodations that include free parking services and an express checkout system. However, what should really entice any guest is the experience of tasting the eminent French wine right in the very place where it is manufactured.

Discovering Frivolousness under the French Established Lifestyle

The French is all about being restrained so they have created an etiquette system for almost everything such as greeting people, eating, dressing, and conducting themselves in public. Kissing a lady on both cheeks is the proper greeting, using the correct utensils for different meals in a course is another rule, dressing to look good constitutes another etiquette, and crossing your legs when sitting down is another norm in public gatherings. However, movies stressing on French humor indicate that there must be a light side to the established French lifestyle.

Exploring the French culture indeed exhibits the frolicsome side of the people. The French epitomize a fun and light standpoint towards life, which is absolutely what the adage 'carpe diem' is all about. The reason why they have instituted an etiquette system is so they can bask in life to the fullest while it lasts. They are mavens of food, wine, fashion and overall lifestyle because they want to celebrate the best there is. If you want to experience the highest pleasure you can possibly have during your lifetime, then you should visit France for an exquisite taste of everything that is unadulterated French classic. You will end up uncovering a thing or two about how you can indeed live life.

Notre Dame Cathedral is a Fantastic Building

Even before I set off to the airport for my scheduled flight to France, I have been repeating to myself that there was no way that I would miss the eminent Notre-Dame Cathedral. I couldn't surely forgive myself if that sadly happened. Lucky enough, amidst our tight and hectic business meetings, a French fellow brought me to the place that was the setting of one of Victor Hugo's famed work of fiction (The Hunchback of Notre-Dame).

Beautifully placed in front of the Seine River, the total spectacle of the cathedral makes up for a lovely postcard. Imagine a Gothic architecture, a lush garden of trees that surrounds, and the classic cloudless skies of Paris; who would not be enchanted by such an aesthetic elegance? Good thing, I brought with me my dependable camera to capture a lifetime relic. While taking pictures, I saw that from whatever direction, Notre-Dame Cathedral did not fail to pose a pleasurable landscape.

Inside the cathedral, every sightseer is privileged to ascend to the towers to have a full sight of the gargoyles and an assortment of artistic objects in a small museum. The rose windows currently installed are also worth mentioning and still resemble the original stained-glass windows that were the remnants of the old building.

Every year and everyday, the cathedral is crowded with sightseers who want to take a preview of the world-renowned heavenly structure. It has surpassed a number of fires, defilement, bombs, and embezzlement, but stands wonderfully still --counting more years to see the unfolding of the French history as it has always done for the last eight centuries.

Average Eating Ways in France

I cherish France not just because of its elegant tourist sites but also because of the abundance of mouthwatering food and desserts. When my friend and I visited the place last year, we were treated to a day of delicious fiesta – from a traditional French breakfast up to a savory dinner at a popular French restaurant. The trip taught me how the conventional French people eat their meals everyday.

France's normal day begins with a light breakfast in the morning that involves a bread jammed with jam, sandwich spreads, or breakfast cereals. Then, they will swig freshly brewed coffee, tea, any chocolate flavored milk, together with some fruit or fruit juice and sometimes with tasty viennoiseries, also known as croissants. Croissants are usually eaten during the weekends when people have plenty of time to go to the bakery store and shop for them.

Lunch and dinner, on the other hand, diverge from place to place -- dinner in northern France is usually between 7:30 am to 8:30 pm while it is usually after 8:30 pm in the Southern France. Dinner in the working regions are usually around 10:00 to 11:00 in the evening and it consists an appetizer like a salad, a main dish, some cheese, and dessert.

Superior in Style

It is rather repetitious to say fashion in France because we all know Paris is in France, and when masses says Paris, that means fashion. As a matter of fact, fashion in France even persisted back to Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte's period. He was so longing for France to be the superior in fashion. He was very essential in encouraging French fashion to his subordinates. He did this by putting a stop to the foreign textiles and restricting French women from wearing resembling style of clothes everyday.

One of the most common technique in French fashion is the Empire style dress. It is a high-waist dress that is intricately styled. Another popular French style is the Regency technique, which is dependent on Grecian dress. As a matter of fact, French style is a mixture of many habits from different countries. Greek style is very obvious in many of French clothes, whereas Egyptian style is also evident through the patterns and embroidery.

French fashion is also composed by a military touch when it was utilized on both male and female clothing. Among the accepted military-like patterns were the Pelisse and Spencer jackets. Meanwhile, Gothic interest is also seen in French form. The set, especially of women, are more almost fitted and shapes were more seen as the styles were modified.
